This 2 part golf workout video is the first in a series of videos with 2007 Re-Max Long Drive Champion Mike Dobbyn.  Mike is one of my students and he was nice enough to give us some of his time to explain a few aspects of his workout routine and what you can do to hit the ball longer.  The video is split into 2 parts due to YouTube time restrictions.
